See the people who accept you

All you notice is the person who doesn’t,” by Jodi Picoult. Criticism, we have all received it. Some constructive and some more harmful, not meant for our good or growth. Somehow we are wired that despite the many compliments we receive, the negative remarks are the ones which constantly replay in our minds. Here’s the thing, we can take captive our thoughts. Listen to feedback, but learn to direct our thoughts.
