Sometimes we need to burn the bridges behind us to remind ourselves that path leads nowhere. Some roads we have traveled left permanent scars. Those scars are hard won reminders of the battles we have fought and won. It serves no purpose to revisit the bridges of our past by overthinking or analyzing what occurred.
