Reflection

Happy fantastic Friday. Our positive quote of the day states: “By three methods we may learn wisdom: First, by reflection, which is noblest; Second, by imitation, which is easiest; and third by experience, which is the bitterest,” by Confucius. Reflection allows us to look inward. To recognize our weaknesses and to make mental corrections which lead to outward change. Imitation, which some consider flattery, means we’re to insecure to be an original. We are enough! We may strive for more, but we need not try to assume someone else’s identity or steal their ideas. Experience is not always a kind teacher, but it is the best teacher.
