Important to have closure

Things change, jobs downsize, and relationships end. Some endings are within our control and others are not. Whatever the circumstances, as best we can, we should seek to understand that endings occur. Without an ending there would never be a beginning. Respect the end, mourn it, then move forward. A new beginning awaits.
