How well we communicate

Happy spiritual Sunday. Our positive quote of the day states: “How well we communicate is not determined by how well we say things but how well we are understood,” by Andrew Grove. We need to remember that effective communications is as much about listening as speaking. The words we choose, tone and inflection in our voice determines how well we communicate.  Our facial expression and body posture determines how well we’re listening.
