The problem lies in our refusal to recognize and utilize those gifts. We shy away because we believe we’re not good enough, talented enough, well read or well spoken enough. We lack significant enough bank accounts, we’re too old or young, not the right ethnicity, height nor weight. As a result we remain on the sidelines cheering others onto their personal victories. We’re not where we are supposed to be because some inner voice has convinced us that we’re not good enough.
