Celebrating our sheroes

Happy soulful Saturday. Our positive quote of the day by Maya Angelou states: “How important it is for us to recognize and celebrate our heroes and she-roes!” It’s easy to find flaws in others. We so readily see the grit in their eyes, yet miss the plank in our own. Instead of looking for others shortcomings, how about we celebrate the people in our lives. Recognize the contributions they make to our lives, their communities, and the world. We all bring something to the table of life.
