The privelage of being alive

Happy thankful Thursday. We cannot operate from a place of fear or lack of gratitude despite the chaos which surrounds us. Our newsfeeds are constantly full of stories which break our hearts. However, we still have much to be grateful for. When we operate from a place of gratitude, we give ourselves permission to acknowledge the horrific while cherishing the good. We also cannot afford to live in perpetual fear – afraid to leave our homes, interact or disagree with others.
