You’re closer to your dreams than you realize

Happy fantastic Friday. Our inspiration today is from a folktale. I’m sure many of us recall the story of the wishing Gate. In short summary, a person traveled many miles in search of a magical gate that when wished upon, your dreams would come true. Weary, the person stopped to rest, leaning upon an old, rusty gate, the person gave up on his dream and returned home disillusioned. And wouldn’t you know it, that old rusty gate was indeed the wishing gate. He had reached his destination with success at his fingertips. How many of us fight through opposition and naysayers to reach our goals, just to give up and fall short of our dreams?
