If they remember it, job done,” by Mike Tomlin. Our communication methods and skills are often ineffective. Texting, at its best, is a way of sharing information. It lacks the clarity and emotions of the spoken word. The spoken word, can’t be effective if it isn’t clear. When we spend more time thinking about what we’re going to say than listening to what is being said, a mutually successful conversation doesn’t occur. Speak less, listen more.
