overcoming challenges

Happy thoughtful Tuesday. Our positive quote of the day from Richard M. Nixon states: “Never let your head hang down. Never give up and sit down and grieve. Find another way. And don’t pray when it rains if you don’t pray when the sun shines.” Challenges and hardships occur in life. Some we bring on ourselves through our choices and others are randomly assigned (i.e. race, complexion, genetic make-up or the tax bracket we’re born into). However, we decide on how to respond to those challenges. It’s never a good idea to wallow in self-pity.
