Let’s face it, other than a fictional character, none of us can fly around with an ‘S’ on our chest. This means we cannot do everything and be everywhere. Life can be demanding and overwhelming if we don’t set boundaries. We need to organize our priorities and know our limits. Saying ‘no’ to outside forces sometimes means saying ‘yes’ to ourselves.
