Accepting our gifts

Happy Wednesday. As we celebrate Black History month our positive quote of the day states: “The tragedy of life is often not in our failure, but rather in our complacency; not in our doing too much, but rather in our doing too little; not in our living above our ability, but rather in our living below our capacities,” by Benjamin E. Mays. We settle for too little from ourselves and others. It’s almost as if we are afraid of how awesome we truly are or will become. We hide our talents and run from challenges. Denying who we are is like refusing to accept a gift from our Creator. We were made for a purpose, created to inspire, and live in community with others.
